The challenge

Supplements are one of the most crowded categories online. Shoppers scrolling past an ad have seen a hundred bottles promising to make them feel better, and they've learned to be skeptical. A wellness brand has a few seconds to make the benefit feel real, show that other people trust it, and make buying feel low-risk.

What we built

We built Pure Vitals a Shopify store where every element above the fold answers one of those questions.

  • A benefit you can feel in the headline. "Feel Lighter. Look Refreshed. Show Up Confident." speaks to how the customer wants to feel, not to ingredients.
  • Social proof right away. The star rating sits above the headline, and a review bar runs directly under the hero.
  • Risk removed. Free U.S. delivery is announced at the top of every page, and a 30-day money-back guarantee sits under the main button.
  • Built for the phone. Most ad traffic lands on mobile, so the hero, benefits and "Start Feeling Better Today" button all fit on the first screen.

How we grew it

With a store built to convert cold traffic, we launched the paid campaigns that drive Pure Vitals' sales. Running the ads and the store together meant creative, landing pages and offers could be tested as one system instead of being optimized in isolation.

$30k

Pure Vitals reached $30,000 a month in revenue on the store and ads we built and run.

What other brands can take from this

In a skeptical category, the store does as much selling as the ad. Lead with the feeling, show proof immediately, and remove every reason to wait. Then the ads have somewhere to send people that actually converts.
